Get them tested mate. That's the best way. If you go about 4-5 days without ejaculating then have a look, it should be a thick , lumpy consistency. If its really thin and watery , that can be an indication. But get them checked if you're worried.

This will sound odd but you can actually see your sperm. One time after sex, we scooped up some of my boyfriends cum and put it on a slide and we looked at it under a microscope. We could see them wiggling around. It was fascinating.
