Do you think vaginas are disgusting? I would only date girls who have labiaplasty, it makes their parts look normal, and more aesthetically pleasing?

There is a procedure called labiaplasty that cuts down the unnecessary skin around the vagina, so that it'll look like a proper "innie" vulva. If parents chose to do what is the best for their daughters, they'd have them have a labiaplasty as soon as possible. If it's done when they're young children, they won't remember that anything was done to their lady parts, so it wouldn't hurt. It looks much more aesthetically pleasing, and this way, other girls won't laugh at their nasty looking outie vaginas in the locker room. Do you agree that labiaplasty should be an option to all girls at an early age, so that their parents could do that they see is best for their daughter's body?
YES, parents should have the right to expose their daughters to labiaplasty at an early age if they think that is the best for their daughter

Bonus question, how do you feel about male circumcision?

  • I'm guessing you're secretly an anti-circumcision guy and you want to gauge people's reaction or what you might think as hypocrisy.

There is no benefit for labiaplasty to be done unless if the following were to occur:

"There are two main categories of women seeking cosmetic genital surgery: those with congenital conditions such as intersex, and those with no underlying condition who experience physical discomfort or wish to alter the appearance of their genitals because they believe they do not fall within a normal range.[1]"

    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Labiaplasty

There may be religious reasons why it's done, but I think it's nonsensical to do it for that reason just like circumcision.

The difference between the two in my opinion is the reported up to 50% less risk that a circumcised infant would have of catching any STD... if the child would ever be promiscuous like that.

    healthland.time.com/.../
    www.scientificamerican.com/.../

This is why I believe it's still legal in America. If there wasn't a reported health benefit [for male circumcision], then it would be illegal. I think parents should allow their children to do what they like with their own genitals, but I'm not going to impede on the person's legal right that they have.

But I'm unsure---though I seriously doubt it---that labiaplasty can be done on a female infant.

    • You do realize you can just wear a condom to prevent STD transmission, right? It's obviously still legal in America because they can get 200$ for each kid for whom the procedure is done. For a lot of children, that is a lot of money.

    • You need to think outside of the box. There are guys who fuck who don't WANT TO WEAR CONDOMS. The less risk of getting an STD without wearing a condom is why circumcision is done to some infants. But the parents would have to be assuming that their child is going to be a slut/promiscuous anyway... which is a bit rude. And the parents don't GET 200 dollars for the procedure. Where did that pile of crap come from? The mother after she expels the child from her uterus is commonly asked if she would like to have the baby cut. That is when the decision is made.

    • No, the hospital gets $200 for each circumcised kid which sometimes goes up to $800. Also, I'd think if a guy has sex with RANDOM WOMEN who they don't know if they have STDs or not, and DESPITE knowing that condoms prevent STDs they still go without it, then they deserve whatever they get and I'd be extremely disappointed if my son turned out to be both promiscuous and stupid enough not to use protection in the process.

No however I'm not a guy and I find it's generally guys who think vaginas are disgusting.

I would only date girls who have labiaplasty, it makes their parts look normal, and more aesthetically pleasing?
    Okay.

Do you agree that labiaplasty should be an option to all girls at an early age, so that their parents could do that they see is best for their daughter's body?
NO, a parent shouldn't choose to alter their children's genitals for the sake of "aesthetic preference"

Solely because them finding innie vaginas prettier doesn't mean it's best for all gals. Their parents don't speak for all males tastes, that the gal could be lesbian, and that the gal may not want to appease a guy like their parents.

    @Bonus Question
I feel male circumcision is a viable option for hygiene and isn't comparable to a cosmetic procedure like labiaplasty to make gals conform to guys beauty standards.

    • Actually, showering regularly is also a violable option for hygiene, and doesn't require you to mutilate your genitals. :p

    • I didn't state or suggest showering regularly isn't a viable option so I'm why you put actually. Either way showering doesn't change that male circumcision is a viable option. It simply appears you don't like the option others take with their kid.

    • It's just that it's just as viable a choice from a parent-child perspective as labiaplasty, altering their children's body for throughout their lives at a time where they are incapable of consent, and the procedure is nearly irreversible.

  • Genitals should be changed for "aesthetics"

Plus pussy lips are hot and you'll find that when you are a kid you don't really have them.
They come with puberty. So you wouldn't be able have a labiaplasty young.
If you want your pussy to look like a 10 year old's. Thats your adult choice. But personally, I think that's ridiculous unless you have an extreme case.

    • damn. *shouldn't be changed

    • so what do you think about girls who would only date guys with "cut" penises?

    • I've never met girls like this. And tbh, have no idea what the difference is! Has anyone actually said that to you? I'm currently googling the difference ah..

  • There's no point in going anon if you're going to do the Mesonfielde-characteristic poll answers, which sound like they come from an advertisement. Not to mention the genital-mutilation topic, which only you seem to talk about.

Anyway, I don't think involuntary genital mutilation is ever right unless there is an unusual problem that threatens the child's health, that would require modifying the vagina. There's not reason a young man or woman should not be able to make the decision of genital reshaping by themselves, unless the parents are too distant to even talk to them about it and would rather just start chopping at birth. However, I don't think circumcision is necessarily a bad decision for men who do it voluntarily.

I personally don't like big inner labia as much as small, because the closed outer labia look so delightful, but it isn't something that would ever change a girl's attractiveness if I cared about her at all.

    • *isn't necessarily a bad decision Also, I know a RL friend with depression who started having suicidal thoughts when he read information about how many nerves are lost in a circumcision. He felt like he would never get as much pleasure as other people, although there are some men who do voluntary circumcision who say they don't lose any sensation. So please, for the love of God, don't be a dick about circumcision. There are guys out there who aren't going to circumcise their kids anyway, but don't want to hear how sex is almost pleasureless compared to other men. And yes, what I said about my friend is true. I talk to a lot of depressed people.

    • (edit above was mistaken) Why on earth doesn't GAG let us edit posts...

    • hey, I got an answer from someone who has me blocked, so it served a purpose in its own right, lol :p Usually the only thing that threatens the child's health in this regard is the circumcision procedure itself.

    • Show All
  • You're absolutely nuts. You have no appreciation for the fact that the real world doesn't conform to your idealized version of what a vulva looks like. The idea that girls who have inner labia that shows through the outer labia is disgusting or somehow wrong show how ignorant you are. Performing labiaplasty on little girls so that they will conform to your Barbie doll fantasy is no more justified than routine male infant circumcision. And the idea that if it's done when they're very young means it won't hurt them is asinine as well. How in the hell do you know what level of pain is associated with that procedure? The truth is you don't.

    • ""no more justified than routine male infant circumcision"" that's the point :p

  • I know coming out is tough, so whenever you're ready

    • you say that as if being a homosexual was a slur and a bad thing but it isn't but then again, I'm not gay I just prefer girls who are cut

    • I'm not saying that homosexuality is a bad thing, I'm saying that finding vaginas attractive is a normal part of a straight man's sexuality. If find them disgusting, well then you have some thinking to do

    • Most people say cut guys look normal It's pretty obvious that the proper way a girl's parts are supposed to look is the "innie" So they should have the procedure done to them so they'll be more accepted by men later down the road

    • "Most people " care to provide links to such a silly claim? You sound more and more like a bitter dude against male circumcision and trying to make a passive comment... that's sad

  • So at first I didn't quite understand why the heck someone would ask this... and then I realized that it sounds like the exact same argument people have for circumcisions. I'm not really sure how I feel about about this topic. I kinda supported circumcision, only for health reasons, but after I read this I realized how dumb it all really sounds. I don't know if this is the point you were trying to make, but I think that this thing and circumcisions are dumb now xD

    • That was my point indeed, yes =)

Although I could pretty much counter the "health reasons" that people talk about, as UTI rates are only slightly decreased, and treatable with anti-biotics; and STDs can be prevented by not having sex with infected people but also using condoms. And infections are easily preventable with proper hygiene, too.

    • In countries where the parents alter the young girl's labia, it is done with with clitoral mutilation and sewing closed the genitals to prevent andy sexual enjoyment. That does not sound anything like the same argument. As for health reasons. I have never read of anyone saying that labiaplasty if more healthy or prevents disease. the only reason I have heard for it is that some women buy int the argument that their labia are ugly and they want to "correct" it - nothing t do with health. And even though @Mesonfielde argues often that there is no health difference to circumcision, today he is at least admitting there IS some difference. So that is not the same as labiaplasty. But I am not surprised by this approach from him. So other than pointing out that it is not at all the same, I refuse to get dragged into his soapbox thoughts on circumcision.

  • ROFL

First off, most girls have a form of an outie vagina, some have it more than others. Check "the great wall of vagina" , google it.

And no one should have surgery. If it bothers you that much, maybe you should try dicks.

  • "Innie" vaginas aren't really a normal. Every p*rn star has that surgery so it seems like it is normal, but in reality all come in different shapes, colors, and sizes

    • Oh wait a minute... I see what you did there

    • :D Well, it was a fair thing to note. People also tend to think circumcision is totally normal because numerous p*rn stars are circumcised. And some people still grow up thinking that "uncut" penises are "dirty" and "disgusting". Shows what they know.

    • Yeah, to me a penis is a penis and a vagina is a vagina. No matter how attractive or ugly they look they all do the same thing so in the end I don't care xD

  • Normal? That makes them unnatural looking, not normal

    • They look like real "innie" vaginas that are so much more aesthetically pleasing so that girls wouldn't abuse their peers in the locker room and make it easier for them to find a husband

    • That's ridiculous and all vaginas look just as good as each other
