Is it bad to try and have sex with a drunk girl when your sober?

Ok here's the deal normally if I am sober and the girl is drunk , I don't try and have sex with them, but if we're both drunk, then it's fair game, but there was one time that I was sober the girl was drunk she was all over me and wanted me to go up to her room, and I turned her down, due to the awkward morning after, and then who knows what would have happened, so is it better to have had sex with a girl or not because, now that same girl who was all over me isn't anymore and it really makes me mad because I liked her, and I didn't have sex with her that night because of that. So should I have had sex with her that night? Because now I fear that she thinks I am a nice guy when in fact I'm not, I am assertive with women, and I don't play games with them, and yeah I can be a jerk, so I am basically the kind of guy that women are attracted to, so what do y'all think, do you normally have sex with drunk girls when your the sober one, or is that seen as a bad thing?

Having sex with a drunken woman can and will lead to criminal charges. Seen it happen, not a pretty site. It leads to a "he said-she said situation that almost no man could win in a court of law except under a few exceptions. The law states that intoxicated women are incapable of refusing ANY sexual advances and thus are prone to rape. Can anyone say Duke Lacross? Thankfully that big lie turned out just fine for the innocent but in MOST cases, a man is going to jail/prison and forever labeled a sex offender.

If she's drunk, place her in a wheel barrel and cart her home. Done that too. Never put yourself in a He Said-She Said situation. Forget her, find someone else sober.

Depends on how drunk, but if they throwing their self at you that's just their inner self jumping out at you and I would take it give it a pounding so she still feels it the next day, lol. If she is getting drunk around you and throwing her self at you then she's trying to loosen up to where she comes comfortable to attack you with sex, give her what she wants. Now taking advantage I believe is that you purposely get a girl wasted just so you can sleep with her, but if they are willing beat it up! Cool?

Girls just try to run game too much, and if you got more then its all good. she is mad because she did that so you can sleep with her, maby to get you to feel more comfortable too. actions speak louder than words. like I know of a girl is trying to kick it and she wants me to buy rockstar and vodka then that's a sign she wants to get down. they throw up a front but they love it later. From my experiences. Ive never got a girl mad at me for doing that personally. They become a good friend, or gf.

Ok let me re word it. Lol. I mean if they too drunk don't do it. But if they get drunk on their own with out to influence them and they do that too loosen up. We let loose when we get drunk. We are not in a state of mind to make decisions. It would be like the guy was taking advantage of us. If the girl is sober and all over you obvious she wants you and she is in the state of mind to make a decision to have sex with you. If I were you I wouldn't touch a girl who was drunk it could turn into something ugly later.

Well the thing was I liked her and last time that happened with a girl I liked I did sleep with her and after that she made it weird and awkward and wouldn't talk to me anymore. And the boyfriend thing hell no I could care less about that I've had sex with girls with boyfriends that doesn't bother me.

Well yeah it is best off not to have sex with a drunken girl because from experience it rarely goes down too well when you see each other again and just out of respect as well

Archer86 is right: rape is legally defined as "through force or coercion", and in most places, heavy intoxication can be construed as coercion. Take her home and help her into bed, but make sure you don't climb in with her.

Never sleep with a drunk chick. dude I totally understand you on this one. but no dude. let them be drunk and move on homie. I have seen a lot of girls who slept with people I know when they were drunk and they called rape because they were just embarrassed. I know that sucks, but it does happen. so just do the safe thing and stay out of trouble.

Yes, when he is straight and she is drunk, it's not right. Preferably they should both be straight when having sex.
