You should not have to push hard. That means your system is not working as designed. You may need to change your diet, but often it just means you are not drinking enough water. You should have a couple of liters of water each day. Try upping your water intake and see if that helps.

  Nothing wrong with getting aroused a lot, even all of the time. But pushing hard anytime can cause problems like hemorrhoids and you do not want them, so aim at haveing softer ppop that moves more easily regardless of whether you are horny or not. And the problem of having to pee with a boner is not usually that you have a hard time doing it. Until you are really close you can still pee, it is just that you can't aim, so straight up it goes. lol
