Yes it is normal to have to pee after sex, for multiple reasons including tightening of the muscles surrounding the bladder, etc. Just give it some time and if it doesn't subside, consult a doctor.
Yes. It's at least normal for a few hours afterward, anyway. It's a lot of stimulation to your clitoris and vagina, all of which put pressure on your bladder or your natural sensation to urinate.
