It includes just about every country in the world, and is supposedly based on more reliable data thn handing a guy a ruler.
But let's remember this is the statistical average, not a rule, and that the lnght varies by over 50%! So the most rliable sollution is to just stick your hands in his pants and check for yourself!
TL:DR as a statistical average it might be acurate, but as a way to determine hoe hung your guy is it's completely usless because the natural variation is too great.
But what's interresting to note is how those number seem to corelate well with pollution maps, and maps over how healthy your diets are. So i have a question. Is it about the genes, or how healthy you are living?

It even measures girth (there, colord people do not win. in dact, a couple european countries are at the top ^^^), and calculated volume. Because we all know volume matters (no fun being poked with a 20cm needle). Sign Up Now!I can understand variation between penis size among races, because most of the races have physical difference such as height, body build, bone structure, facial structure and etc. So the idea of there being a penis size differences among the races isn't out of the realm of possibility.
However when it comes to countries, it's much harder to get an accurate reading, because you have a ton of migration, immigration and emigration which can easily throw off the average for a particular country. Countries that welcome immigrants like America, UK, Canada, and etc should definitely be looked at with suspicion, because their results may be skewed.
This chart may not be 100% accurate, but I do believe it's on the right track.

Race and nationality have no influence on penis size. Its entirely genetic. I don't think those averages are accurate, because according to that chart, I'm about 2 inches above average, and almost all of my friends say they have close to the same size as me.

How can they calculate averages without extended empirical studies first? It's like watching porn and coming to a conclusion that the average size is 9" for white men and 12" for black men. People lie on surveys anyway.

No I don't think it's accurate. I doubt anyone really conducted a solid scientific survey on erect penis size in every country. Self reported measurements are unreliable, and a huge majority of men lie about their penis size.
