Yeah you might want to get that checked out. I can under clear semen in a prepubescent boy, but you're a grown man and you have this issues. Constant ejaculation of clear semen in an adult can only mean three things: 1) You masturbate so much that sperm production can't keep up, 2) You have a low sperm count and 3) Your infertile.

Well low sperm count can be caused by anything from biological problems such as the sperm is being attack by your bodies antibodies or because the sperm is entering into the bladder instead of exiting from the tip of the penis. Or it can be caused by environmental issues such as chemical exposure, medications or overheating of the testicles. Having a low sperm count can be caused by a number of things. As for you being a late bloomer, I don't know, but I seriously doubt it. Sperm production is one of the first things that happen once puberty starts. If your body has gone through all the changes that puberty brings like increase in height/muscles, body hair and increase in penis size, then it's safe to assume that sperm production should have been occurred. If you do have low-sperm count or happen to be infertile don't worry about it, because there are many ways this problem can be corrected.

Clear semen has less overall sperm count than white semen. It is usually seen in teens. The older the male, the more sperm that is produced. It can also mean that the male ejaculates a lot. The more he ejaculates, the less sperm that are present in the semen.

Maybe see a doctor. It's totally normal to have clear Pre-cum and it's still capable of getting someone pregnant. Just because it's clear doesn't mean there's no sperm at all. Your sperm count may be low, it's not common for someone your age but there are reasons behind it. I have only one functionally ovary so I feel your pain :-)

Semen should be a pretty solid/cloudy white, not clear. Your testicles will produce enough to keep up with how often you ejaculate so don't be afraid to do it. However, if it's usually clear you might consider seeing your doctor, that sounds like something is wrong.
