Why does my stomach start hurting after orgasm? Is this normal? Also, I heard that masturbating and having orgasms could change your body. In what ways do they change my body?

Masturbating and having orgasms does not change your body in any fundamental way. If you are using a vibrator you can become reliant and have difficulty climaxing without it. But even that will revert to normal after a break.

As far as the pain, there are several possibilities. Your stomach is actually above your belly button. I am betting your pain is lower, in you abdomen. True? And is it more on one side than the other?

I thought so. Well, look, you need to see a physician because it could be any number of things. Women with endometriosis, for example, sometimes have pain when they orgasm. Endo causes uterine lining to form outside of the womb and creates attachments (lesions) with surrounding tissue. When the uterus undulates rhythmically with her climax, it pulls on these lesions, causing pain. Another possibility is ovarian cysts, which is why I asked if it was one side or the other. You need to see a good OB/Gyn.

Well, it COULD be but not necessarily. Endo is very serious. It can cause infertility. Women with this problem are generally advised to have children when they are young. Endo affects 1 in 10 women. Ovarian cysts are very common and often resolve on their own but if one bursts, it can cause problems and immense pain---on the order of a man being stuck in the testes. Do you have a lot of pain with your menses? Not just vague cramps but sharp or intense pains.

Well it depends. Sometimes when I'm on my period, it hurts to the point that I once fainted. But the doctors said it was just low blood pressure. But other times it doesn't hurt that much and sometimes I don't feel a thing. And when I orgasm, it doesn't always hurt and when it does, its like a small cramp, its not extremely painful and its not long.

But I remember once when my family doctor said that I'll have pragnency issues in the future because of my small frame :( I'm short and skinny. But I'm trying to eat more because of that

It does not SOUND serious but I would definitely raise this issue at you annual exam. I would guess it is unlikely to be Endo.

Girl I thought that something was wrong with me because my stomach hurts too after I have a orgasm ! I tell my boyfriend about it but he won't have it... he loves to f--k me so I just deal with it. But my body is changing because now I can get wet by just looking at a guy long enough... I will never tell my boyfriend though...
