Just have to say that for some people having to pull out every time can make it very hard to finish inside when you do want a baby. It can make it a psychological thing. My ex boyfriend had the issue, we didn't use contraception for two years and after that when we do have some and we were cool about an accidental baby, he couldn't do the deed. I know not everyone will do this but I've read into it, it does happen.

Although our pre-ejaculatory samples often contained sperm with equivalent concentration and motility to what would be regarded as fertile in ejaculatory samples, the actual number of sperm in the pre-ejaculates was very low. We are unable to say how this finding might translate into the chances of pregnancy if these samples of pre-ejaculate were deposited in the vagina except that the chances would not be zero.

Well, you are one of those "idiots". There is more than enough sperm in your pre-cum to get a woman pregnant. Millions and millions of sperm. So you asked how it happens... it is people like you that think you have to "come" to get her pregnant. I'll post a picture below of pre-cum under a microscope.

  They did not quantitate pregnancy so that is how it must be phrased. It could be from 1% to 100% but the wording only says not determined. When they say low, they mean 5 million to 50 million sperm. It only takes one. And sperm live up to 5 days inside a woman.

  The clearly say it MAY cause they are not saying it does. I understand where you are coming from but it is not a leading cause in unplanned pregnancy. "sperm may be released prior to ejaculation, or men may be unable to predict the moment of their ejaculation and subsequently fail to admit to this." I understand it could happen but for people to be so up in arms about it being a leading cause i am highly doubtful.
