Girls, should I start saving up money for a penis enlargement surgery? Since I'm really small?

I have a really small penis. It's only 4 inches long and I think 4 and a half inches thick. For the longest time, I've been reading up on ways to have it increased and wondered whether pills like Extenze or pumps really worked or not but they seem to be all a sham. Anyways, penis enlargement works though but with great risks. Apparently, 70% of men who have gotten the surgery had complications so it's really risky. But 30% success rate doesn't sound too bad to me considering it's already really tiny. If I leave it tiny without getting a surgery, 100% chance my small penis will always be a liability with girls but if I get the surgery, there's a 30% chance I'll finally have the penis that women desire and not complain about. So what do you say girls? Should I do it?

I would defiantly say no. For one 4 inches is not a bad size and two modifying your dick can creep people out because it some times miscreates the look of a natural penis. Some turn red, vainey, no foreskin or the length doesn't match with the thickness.

So I would say no. If you want to consider it then go ahead, I'm just saying it's a waste if Monet and time for an unnatural look.

I can't do that. This is not that type of a site where you can just post up pictures like that. And by the way, I measured my cock again. It's actually 4 inches long and 5 inches thick rather than 4. Which is weird as hell. Don't know why my length is so short.

Don't do the surgery its a waste of money. Plus you shouldn't do it just because SOME girls like a larger size. You should be happy with the size because its all about knowing how to use it, not how big it is. Also if a girl wouldn't want to be with you because of your penis then she probably isn't much of a keeper. Personally 4 1/2 inches is a good size to me.
