I live in a 3 story apartment.. All the apartments are pretty much are back to back. Well I live with my boyfriend. Everything is cool but one of the apartments to the back of us lives I assume (single) young girl. She keeps her blinds open at all times. Basically I can see her kitchen and living room. It seems like no big deal. But no when she gets home she strips her clothes off in front of the window- she walks around naked and the other day she was bending over and mooning everyone. This is at night only. Wide open so everyone can see. I mean there's kids that live around here. But my boyfriend keeps checking her out. Would any of you gals say anything to the girl? Or just let it go.

I might bring it up to the apartment manager, who can tactfully tell her that she is making the other tenants uncomfortable and that everyone can see her. Sometimes people just honestly forget that other people can see them, so they feel uninhibited. A kindly reminder will usually do the trick. You don't have to be mean or annoyed about it, even if it does make you feel that way.

I’m a male & live in a NYC apt though much higher up with a similar scenario.
