You should go to the doctor to get that checked out. There's no way to really know unless you go. If it's something they can treat then that's great but if it's a virus and they prescribe you antibiotics, don't take them because antibiotics are for bacterial infections. There's isn't anything that can cure a virus but there are things that can treat the symptoms and can make you feel better. Once you get the results, they you can decide on what the information means. Try to go somewhere that takes your insurance because medical bills SUCK. And even if you do have insurance, if you don't have secondary, you're probably gonna have to pay a copay. But it's way better to get it checked out and spend money than take the chance that it could be something semi serious and later turn to something really really serious

and that could be thrush but I'm leaning towards that you got

It's probably a combinatio of things, I seriously doubt it was the blowjob unless he has ebola it's not going to progress that quickly. Go see your doctor and try to remember that sperm is not some kind of toxic acid.
