Fortunately I am uncut despite having had phimosis and doctors wanting to cut me. My mom said no though and asked for other options which resulted in me having to stretch the foreskin daily until it worked. Still am thankful for it.

To me circumcision is nothing less than genital mutiliation, if it isn't done out of medical necessarity. The ridiculous thing about it is that the numbers of boys who die from circumcision is higher than the numbers of boys who have issues with their foreskin later on in life. And that doesn't include the psychological trauma as well as other complications like infections, bridging, etc.

It's simply barbaric and most european health organisations are against it. The munich university faculty for example even denies doing religious circumcisions altogether and only do it if it's an absolute necessarity.

Why circumcise? Foreskin acts as a lubricator while having sex, and it's better not to cut off a part of your sex organ. Only thing, you need to keep it clean. And it also protects the penis' head from lowering its sensitivity by rubbing.

I don't understand why americans mutilate their penises like they do. It makes absolutely no sense to me. While you are at it, since we don't really need toes, why not have them removed?

I remember seeing pictures in human biology back in junior high or early high school of a circumsized penis and thinking: "Why doesn't mine look like that?

It really weired me out for a while. Made me think there were not only different sizes, but different types. That is until I learned what the deal was and got over the uncertainty in my head.

I am and I don't see how it makes much difference. The only reasons not to I've seen which make any sense are decreased sensitivity and pleasure. Given the average guy only lasts five minutes after penetration decreasing sensitivity doesn't seem like such a bad idea (I last a lot longer than that). As far as pleasure goes mine seems to work fine. If my orgasms were any stronger my bones might crack.
