as far as being wet I know with at least my wife you really can't tell

some girls however there nipples will get hard when there horny witch is noticeable through a some bras an shirts depends on the type but that would be the on my noticeable part and chances are if you are wet your nipples are hard

There's really nothing to handle... it's not noticeable to anybody else unless he's putting his hand down your pants. If you get really, really wet, a quick run to the bathroom to wipe it up will work.

Could be awkward if you are bare-legged and wearing a skirt... otherwise you just have to deal with slightly wet panties... wouldn't be noticeable through pants though. :)
