Visually there's no ugly vagina, but you could say that if it has any infection that you can see, it would be called ugly... or if it smells or tastes bad.

all vaginas are beautiful, but id say if the lips were overly pronounced. even then were all different, and as long as it functions the way its supposed to, no guy would really mind..
