Is a 32DD bra size considered big for a 13 year old?

I'm pretty sure we're the same person because I'm 13 too and I'm 5'4 1/2 and about 120-130 lbs. I mean I just don't like how people think "Oh gee DDs you must be HUUUUGE". That's not always the case. But still, 32DD is above average for our age
