Curiosity, if a guy knows you well, and is comfortable with asking you he will ask. Not every girl masturbates, but most do. @ question Asker, please take into consideration that if you do go ahead and tell him you like him and if the feeling is not mutual you risk ruining the friendship you have built with him. The fact that he asked cannot be taken completely as a sign that he likes you. You know him and hang out with him so you should be able to tell by other signs or moves he has made. Not everyone is good at deciphering pplease behavior but I am sure you can tell simple moves.
