  • I've never had one either. I learned to masturbate well before I could ejaculate, so I guess I never had that buildup of semen. I think those years between when your body is able to produce semen and your first intentional orgasm are the prime time for wet dreams. When I got to college, I didn't know how to navigate the whole masturbation thing- I share a room with one other guy, and our suite of 5 shared a bathroom in the room so it was very obvious if someone was spending a suspicious amount of time in there. I remember deciding, "I'm going to use this as an experiment to see if I can have a wet dream!" I had planned to make a trip home 6 weeks into the semester so I figured I'd wait until then to masturbate again (I was super awkward my freshman year, so there was little chance I was getting laid in that time). After about 4 weeks and no wet dreams, I realized that I had a tendency to stay up later than everyone else and I could just jerk off when they were asleep, and that experiencing a wet dream wasn't worth the blue balls. That was probably my last chance to ever have one.

    • lol same here. though i never had a reason to get blue balls xD

  • In order to get a wet dream you have to not cum for at least 3 weeks I'd say. It's happened several times to me.

    • So i guess if you masturbate regularly before the first one, it will never happen

    • No, it can always happen, you just have to stop masturbating or having sex for 3 weeks

    • Yeah i meant that I'm not going to do that for week's so it won't ever happen :P

  • You won't experience wet dreams if you mastrubate or have sex. It's the body's way of eliminating semen and if you already take care of that yourself you won't experience it. It happens quite frequently to teenage boys because of all the hormone fluctuations and overproduction.

    • but it happens to girls too, right?

    • No. Girls don't ejaculate so they don't experience nocturnal emissions. However I have heard some girls might experience orgasms during their sleep which isn't very common though.

    • yeah of course i wasn´t talking about ejaculation but doesn´t waking up being wet as a wet dream for a girl? i mean maybe not even orgasm, just horny from what she dreamt.

  • Yes, that's okay, seems normal to me.

  • Some guys do not experience wet dreams. It's normal if you dont

  • It's never happened to me

    • i wonder why.

  • I think regular masturbation keeps the tank empty so there's no need for nocturnal emissions. I've been jerkin' the gherkin since long before I could actually ejaculate and to my knowledge I've never experienced that. I simply can't relate to the experience at all.

    ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

    • yeah exactly the same here.

  • It's not weird, no.

  • I never had it either

  • Few guys don't get wet dreams. I got used to get every single day when I was somewhere around 13-15. Buy thy way the amount of semen of too much...
