Can guys pre-cum WITHOUT actually ejaculating?

So question is in the title can you pre-cum even if you don't actually ejaculate sperm? I gave my boyfriend a handjob and he got hard, he put on a condom and we were going to have sex but it did not quite happen after all. So he did not actually cum, but could there still have been pre-cum from when I gave him a handjob? I'm new to all this, normally I wouldn't really worry or anything but now my period is really late and my mind is racing, I need to know if this is even possible.

    • Didn't make the question quite clear i guess sorry, obviously you can't get pregnant from a hand job I know.. And I'll admit I'm not sure what pre-cum is I only know it can contain sperm, my only worry is that after we did stuff we used the same towel to wipe down.. I know it's a very very slim chance but if there was pre cum on there then there might have been sperm on there right? If I wiped down with it down there i might as well have wiped it in... It's farfetched but possible?

    • Well, that is far-fetched, but possible. If you're that worried about it though, take a pregnancy test (just the kind you buy at the store). I got worried about something similar once too because I missed my period and had been having non-condom sex (I'm on the pill), but as per the pregnancy test's directions, I waited until the week that my next period was supposed to start and lo and behold, I had my period before I could take it XD Sometimes your body just likes to fuck with you.

    If he put on a condom when he started penetrating you the chance of you getting pregnant is almost nill.

    Your period is probably late because you're stressing yourself. Stress can delay your periods. But I'm sure you're aware of that.
