I don't know if that was his way of making a move on you, but I do know he was telling you he really wanted you sexually in one way or another. He either wanted to eat you out or he wanted to really fondle you and/or finger you or have sex. Next time he tells you that tell him the same thing back and if you're up to doing anything then ask him what he'd like to do. You can take it from there. If you're game then just tell him to do it! If you guys aren't into any sexual stuff yet then when he gets to that point you need to stop whatever you're doing so you can both cool down. lol!
