Why did this guy feel like peeing during sex?

So I was dating this guy who used feel like peeing while we were having sex. It was when he would be really aroused, And I could have sworn he was about to come. But instead he would stop and rush to the bathroom, cos he had to pee. As a result he hardly ever came when we had sex... Has anybody else experienced this? And what is the reason?

Oh also, he told me once that the hole from where the semen comes out of on the penis is closed and so the semen comes out of the pee hole. I don't know if this make anatomical sense...

  • He needs to pee before sex. Over stimulation of the head of the penis can cause a guy to pee, even if he just went. The vagina is designed to be quite stimulating. It should cause intense arousal but if the bladder is full messages in the body can get confusing - two different drives/bodily functions fighting for the only exit.

He is also extremely confused about male anatomy if he believes that the penis is supposed to have more than one hole. Baring some medical anomaly it is safe to say that all semen comes out of the pee hole.

  • It's common, first of all perhaps because he drank liquids too close in time before sex. Second of all, when a man gets aroused, his prostate gets bigger and blocks off not only flow of urine, but dulls the sense that urination needs to take place, until it's overwhelming, kind of like you know sometimes if you get sick and need to vomit it just comes out, almost against your will and there's not way to stop it. Sorry if that was graphic. In short, the need to pee just creeps up until it has to be done, you can't cum or anything.

  • He should probably see a doctor if he actually pees when he stops during sex. Usually that function naturally shuts off and switches to release semen instead of urine. If he feels like he's going to pee and when he goes to restroom and actually pees he has a problem down there and needs to check on it.

    • Thanks for the advice. I am not seeing him anymore so can't pass this advice to him. But yeah I think something was wrong with him.

  • Iv'e only done this 1 time with my girlfriend, and I drink a lot of water. Maybe he does the same but drinks a lot more than me? Or some kind of bladder control problem.

I didn't get up and run to go, I just had to so I went. If he's literally running to go, he must have some probs.

    • Well he wouldn't run... But he would sorta drop everything and go... He didn't drink much water no...

    • He could be forgetful and be one of those people who wait till the last second to use the restroom (I knew some people like that) They would get distracted then suddenly realize they have to go lol. But most likely he has some medical issue or something causing him to have to go suddenly. Tell him to go before hand.

    • Yeah I think it was a medical issue. He explained it to me like I put up on the update. But it didn't really make sense to me... Anyway we are not seeing each other anymore. I was just curious about his condition.

  • Could be enlarged prostate but also he had liquid in his bladder. During sex, there may be pressure on his bladder and that is causing him to have to pee. This is why it is always best to pee (and clean) just before sex. Of course, too much wine at dinner may contribute to hopping in bed, so peeing might not be on his mind at that point. However, if he has an enlarged bladder (doubtful BTW), consider a different sexual position - one in which there is less pressure on his bladder.

  • Having to pee is one of the signs somebody has to cum. Tell him next time to let it out and cum will come out not pee.

    • Oh but I think he actually peed when he went to the bathroom

  • Not in years. If I have a semi full bladder and full testicles. And am very horny. The pre cum can slowly begin to travel down the urethra , giving me the intense I have to pee feeling. I always aired on the side of caution and excused myself just in case. I wouldn't want to pee in her vag. Happened more as a teenager.

  • He has problems.

  • yes on the part on the valve that regulates pee and sperm :)

It can be very difficult for a male to pee with a fully erect dick, but after having sex most of them need to go for a pee, me included. Not immediately but say within half an hour

and while we are at it, a bit of trivia:
so called precum serves as a sanitizer to clean up and sinitize the path for upcoming sperm, so it is easier for it to get to the egg. And NO, in 99% of cases, girls can not fall pregnant from precum.

  • The cum and pee come out the same hole on the penis on EVERY male. There is no different hole.
How could this guy not know this about his own penis.

  • Time to see the urologist and get the dreaded cystoscopy. Don't mention that, otherwise he'll run out of the doctor's office in two seconds flat if he googled what it encompassed.

  • I heard that some guys keep their pee in during sex because it makes their penis bigger!!!

    • No and I don't think that would work, we don't have urine in our urethra when having sex because the prostate blocks off the bladder.

  • Men have glands in the urethra as women do. The fluid may have not been urine but another form of orgasmic fluid that is released with sexual stimulation from those glands. It is not as common in men though. A doctor may be able to help him.
