it does not really matter too much. the nice part is the nipple to suck and nibble. the areola is quite fun as well as some girls are seriously sensitive on them but size does not matter, it is what you do with it that counts.
A half dollar is not bad, I could still fit the whole thing in my mouth. Now I have seen girls with larger areolas than her breasts... that was weird.
