First off I'm sorry if I'm a bit graphic in this question and let me also say I'd only like answers FROM WOMEN - thanks guys but I don't want yours... I was just curious, because I don't pay attention in health class, when a guy "comes" and has an orgasm it's sperm etc... when a girl "comes" is it the same sort of thing or do we just get wetter? And I know some people talk about female ejaculating is that where you get the feeling like you need to urinate but what's coming out isn't actually urine? The question is, can women orgasm without coming or do they go hand in hand and when we "Come" is it vaginal discharge or out the same area as urine? Thanks for your help :)

Women's discharge has no sperm! its just a clear fluid that contains certain aminos acids, sugars among other things. We just get wetter and some women can ejaculate from G spot stimulation. Its not urine but it comes out from the urethra opening. And the feeling of peeing is because he is putting pressure on the bladder. Also, orgasm and coming are used interchangeably so when you are coming means you are orgasm. BTW, as far as I know health science classes don't teach you these stuff... at least in College. some of the things may be mentioned but not in specifics. Ohk I didn't think women produce sperm, I'm not that dense, I meant is it simular texture and looking as sperm or if you don't notice and its just being wet etc... Sorry but that's how you made it sound in your post. Some people don't profread what they are posting and so get answers they are not looking for. OK. first a correction: don't say equate male ejaculatory fluid with sperm. Sperm is one of the many ingredients contained in their "juices". You can call it cum. So female fluids do not look or have the same texture as male cum. Male come tend to be whitish in color and thicker/sticky in texture. Women's is clear in color and very slippery in texture

Slippery because it acts as a natural lubricant for us. I don't know about the characteristics of the female ejaculation through g-spot stimulation... but I have heard and read scientific articles that states that the discharge is watery.... anywyas, its ok to ask when you don't know. don't be embarrass.

Most women just get wetter from an orgasm. Female ejaculation is just a clear fluid that comes out around the urethra when some women orgasm it is not the same constancy as semen at all. Orgasm and coming are really the same thing. If a woman is a squirter then the fluid comes out around the urethra if she just gets wetter if comes out of her vagina. Or some do both.
