Knowing people from several different countries all over the world, I can definitely say that on a whole, that isn't true. I don't know specifically about American girls since I don't associate with them much but I believe it's all down to the individual themselves and also their up bringing. Trauma, depression and psychological problems can make some people more promiscuous than others. I've known some easy middle eastern girls, though they won't jump into sex that easily I've found that they can make out with people real freaking fast. And even though keeping your virginity is key, doesn't mean they don't go oral. 😂😂
If we're talking about who's down to sex first then in my experience it's Chinese girls, especially when they are onto a foreigner. So basically, lots of my white and black friends in China went for Chinese chicks instead because they were far more easier to get with than the white girls. Although most of us laughed about it cause getting a Chinese girl wasn't a good pull, but rather last resort. But anyway for the girls it's probably got to do with the 'coolness' of "I slept with a foreigner". But that's just my experience when I lived in China... They're completely different back here in the UK though. So yeah, it completely depends.

most white women are told being easy and cheap is "empowering" and "confident"
a lot are raised just to be eye candy or w/e pleasure for men but then they (white women) blame other women who are happy being a lady or are happy being a house wife (who is respected and not opressed by her husband) and they say she is oppressed and is dedicating her life to please a man only... lol
a lot are told that hookups and sleeping around is "exploring your sexuality" and its "more power to you"
a lot of girls are allowed to wear make up from a very young age, and a big portion of females in general are disgusted by their regular face and can't look at it without make up on... no confidence basically... which also has a big part to do with this

being a Caucasian guy (Who is tan ) I agree with you , idated white and non white girls and knew a lot of girls from different backgrounds and this is true , white girls are the easiet out of the bunch ( these days they require a realtionship to do anything but once they're in they have no problem doing lots of things, not all of course) and the reason is because they are usually from western countries and are taught to be open so they have no understanding of how it looks like when someone is trying to use them , they find a guy and think he's attractive and nice and then do"things" with him with no regards to backgrounds, culture or differences that girls from other cultures take into consideration , and for this reason everyone i knew finds white girls easy ( no offense its just facts... or at least what i hear)

i knew a girl ( White by the way ) who dated this guy for a while , he wasn't smart, open minded, skilled, nice, sweet or caring and was even a bit abusive (he was good looking i guess ) , and after a while she left him and when i asked why would she get with him knowing all that and that he is a player and with other cultural differences , and her response? " he showed me he cared few times and that was sweet " i knew right there and then that this girl is big no no
They usually end up dead because douchbags are five times more likely to kill them over something stupid than docile guy, but that's what they prefer. So they are essentially walking, illogical, pieces of meat that protest against being viewed as sex objects when they behave like sex objects for guys that view them as sex objects 😉
the hordes of insecure men on GaG and the internet as a whole is mind-boggling. Typically, questions like this can translate as "white girls aren't into me, but they are into a (insert race) guy that i view as lesser than me. Why are white girls so easy?" because they are raised being taught nothing but to be open (another word for not standing up for anything). no reference to morals, philosophy, influence of feminism, western culture of individualism/independence etc.

White girls are no easier than all other races of women. You get white women that put out easily, you get Latina's, Asian's, Black's and Mixed girls that put out easily and you get women from all of those races that aren't.
White girls do generally seem to be more interested in guys that aren't white but that's okay, because there are more non-white women in the world than not white women and there are plenty of Latina's, Asian's, Black's and Mixed girls that like white guys, so there's no need to be bitter.
