You are assuming that just because he's groaning and moaning that you are doing a good job.

Most women can't orgasm unless there is an emotional connection, or a feeling of safety with the guy is there. You have to feel comfortable, or a connection with the guy first.

Same goes for men, no connection, no feeling of safety, being uncomfortable and its going to show on him.

Don't expect a guy not to go limp when you pull on it so hard that it hurts. Pain= flaccid.

Most women don't know how to give a proper hand job. They don't have the equipment. Do your research.
