Do you know your (or your partners) condom size?

A lot of guys don't even know what this means exceps king size and xxxl. there's a number system you guys! Do you know your size? I know my partners (57) and my previous pertners (69) If you don't know your size, you can find it on mysize. condoms. com/measuring/ It's the curcrumfrience not the lenght. On this note, is it the girls or the boys responsibility to bring condoms? I personally vote you boys since i dont have all sizes at all time, and only they know what they use.

  • Well the size is more of a preference thing. Most clinical studies show you should have a 10<20% stretch but "My Size's website" recommendations are sizes that only have a 1-9% stretch.

So you measured them and checked the sizes? or are those sizes what they just buy. I know a lot of young guys that just buy big to feel big.

    • The sizes are to prevent the condoms to fall of, (to big) or break (too small). That's why there is a number system. Most packages have the XXXL and KING-SIZE to tend to males ego :)

    • I know that, but the Mysize website is recommending sizes that are too loose by medical study findings. I did research on the subject after I had a few condom breakage scares. I completely agree that guys are buying condoms that are too big for them to feel like their BIG.

    • What exactly are the medical findings? Because I ALWAYS tell my costumers, try the number from the chart, one bigger and one smaller, to see what fits the best in bed. And the circumference should be measured where the condom ends (at the bottom of the shaft) and a little tightly.

  • I started ordering condoms online, a few years ago, because they offer the best fit. That was the first time I had ever heard about those numbers.

According to the sizing tool, I needed 69's, so that's what I ordered. They offer the best fit I've ever had, and I still buy them, today.

    • Sadly it can be difficult getting the size you need if you don't order online. Most pharmaceuticals only have one size (52) or maybe two sizes (52 & 57).

    • Yes, exactly. That's why I decided to order online, in the first place. The ones they sell in stores were too tight, and I was looking for alternatives. After searching the internet, I discovered I could buy larger, better fitting sizes. As far as condoms go, that was a particularly good day, lol.

  • I'm glad you're getting this info out for people

  • 69mm /facepalm.

If American's want over 57, ALL OF THEM need to be importing from over the border.
America does not sell condoms over 57mm nominal width..

    • You can buy MySize 69 on amazon :)

    • Imported from Sweden. Not sold in the US. I know... I'm holding a package right here.

  • No I don't. Never bought a condom before since I never needed one.

    • Never bought condoms before I mean

    • You might want to figure out what size you are before having sex. As an alternative, (if you masturbate) you can masturbate with a condom to see if it fits, and how it feels, and on the plus site, no clean up :)

    • Never planning to have sex so I don't need to find out. Thanks though :)

  • I do know the size of the condom I should use based on my length and girth but I don't know about the European sizes.

    • European sizes and US sizes are the same to my knowledge :)

    • Then it must be a brand difference. What's the condom company you're buying from?

    • I buy Durex atm, because they have my favourite condoms in my boyfriends size. But in the shop we buy from many different brands. I don't think we exclude anyone :) Though, if you are a 53, some brands have 54 or 52, which should fit just fine :) The condom size are measured, when the condom lays flat on a surface, and then the with of the condom is the size, so some variations are known :)

  • lol i don´t even know the size of mine... i don´t know where the number is supposed to be indicated. it says nowhere on the package nor on amazon, where i ordered them.

    • it usually is on the back on the condoms, in one of the lower corner, but measure yourself, figure it out, personally I like the "MY Size Condoms Measuring" they have a measuring tape on their site to print, if you don't have one yourself! and there is a ton of places where you can buy from size, just remember, with is the most important :)

    • width*

    • Meh I'm average so most condoms fit me anyway.

  • Why would you want to know your parents condom size? Just measure your own haha.. I mean yeah, penis size is in a similar ball park from father to son but its not exact and probably differs in condom size.

I never really had to measure though, I found my condom size through trial and error. First using the standard as a teenager, then buying the biggest, But eventually finding the perfect fit. I recommend lifestyle and ordering online;) However, I haven't used a condom in 3 years hehe

  • Im 69 and i think in most cases yea the guy should have the condom
Unless your a woman going out looking for a guy to fuck then it falls on you in my opinion

  • I've never actually bought condoms before. What size would I be if my dick is around 6-6 1/2 inches and around 5 inches girth?

    • You can google mysize condoms measuring and get your answer, but i did it for you just because i can :D your girth is 12,7 cm (127 mm), which makes you a 60mm, but try with 60mm and 57mm to see what fits the best and doesn't fall off :) your length is 16 cm (160 mm) so you won't have to worry if the condom is long enough :) On a little positive note here, because you length is pretty average. If you are a heterosexual male, you can please a lot of women with that girth. Girls feel the girth not the length and you're a bit over average! YAY YOU! :D

    • I never knew there were so many sizes. I've only just heard of regular and the magnum sizes.

  • I always used standard ones and never had any problems even though I'm quite a bit larger than average. This has led me to the conclusion condom sizes are bullshit.

    • They're not bullshit, I'm a sex educator and work in a Condomshop as well, the sizes are to prevent the condoms to fall of, (to big) or break (too small). The the bonus are, you penis won't get strangled :'D

    • I can see how they could be too big but given the degree of elasticity and thinness of the material, I don't see how they could be too small. Of course they fit tight but I never had one break and I never felt strangled despite being 7 1/4" at the thickest point (the base) which is apparently off the charts.

    • I have in my time as a sexual active being experienced a lot of broken condoms because of the wrong size, so I really hope guys will take some responsibility. And if you're 7 1/4" you mush have some trouble putting on a 53. For you own (and partners) safety i would recommend a size 69 since that's the biggest they make atm.
