Testicles are really tight when aroused...is this a problem?

Hi, this is a little embarrassing, but whenever I'm aroused and I lay down it feels as though my balls want to retract into my body, like leave my scrotum. I always hold my balls for fear of this happening cause I'm afraid it will hurt. Has anybody else had this happen to them?

They won't actually "fall in" on you, they simply contract which causes the scrotum to constrict. It isn't uncommon for the whole area to tighten up or to feel "hard" prior to orgasm. Nothing to worry about.

Normal! They also tighten or "disappear" upward when you ejaculate...not to worry, they will drop back down...

I freak out and almost panic when my testicles get inside. I have to wait and try to find it with my finger and push it down.
Does this go away as an adult?
