Guys, do you like when a girl touches your balls? (during oral or handjob)

Lol maybe a dumb question, but I heard some guys don't like it. I've actually never tried to touch my bf's balls / perineum (the sensitive patch of skin between the balls and anus), even though we've been together awhile and I've given him many blowjobs and handjobs. Also, IF you like it, how do you like your 'boys' to be touched? And should I do anything to my guy's perineum? I wouldn't want him to freak out or be like 'uhh what are you doing'.     First off, you covered a lot of male anatomy - all located within three inches (or so).

    Let's break it down...

    In re: "the boys" ... When he is turned on, "the boys" are pulled up tight... along with... well YOU KNOW! At this point, when your boyfriend is erect, the boys are like your ovaries.     Moving South along his anatomy... As you pointed out you will find his perineum which is just like yours. (Except that it is HIS, not YOURS... but you get the idea.)
