Girls, My vagina smells off after being fingered by my boyfriend two days ago, does this mean I have an infection?

I'm in a long distance relationship and my boyfriend came back to visit me for the summer. We reunited two days ago and needless to say, things got pretty passionate. We weren't in a bedroom so his fingers weren't particularly clean when he fingered me. I have showered twice since the fingering happened and both yesterday and today I have noticed my vagina smells different (and bad). There is no pain or itch. Could this be some sort of infection?

Regrettably it is very probable that you have caught something off of his dirty fingers, so it would be best to get yourself checked out as soon as possible.

Possibly, I would definitely go to a doctor ASAP because if it is something bad, the sooner you get the treatment going the better.
