Guys, How to shave 'down there' using a electric shaver?

I've been talking to this girl and things have been getting pretty heated... She mentioned that she wouldn't like to have a mouthful of hair when we get down to it, now i have no problems with shaving down there, however as i never have done it before i have no real idea what to do other than apply the same logic as i would to for trimming my facial hair. I don't have shaving cream or a manual razor, i've always been worried about cutting myself on those. I've juse got a regualr electric shaver with a beard trimmer attachment

  • I'd recommend using the beard trimmer attachment on one of its shorter settings. You don't need to shave it all off to avoid giving her a mouthful of hair, and if you're worried about cutting yourself with a manual razor, you're definitely not going to like what happens if you accidentally nick yourself in the junk with an electric one.

    As for technique, it's pretty logical. If you have a jungle down there, I'd suggest trimming at a longer setting first, otherwise it's going to feel like you're ripping your pubes out by the roots—again, not a pleasant feeling. The main thing is to make sure the skin you're removing the hair from is pulled tight so that you're cutting everything evenly. This is especially true if you're trimming the hair on your balls (for the record, I recommend doing this with a manual razor; a wrinkly scrotum does not belong near mechanical teeth IMO). You should also do this at least a couple of days before you see her so that the stubble isn't so pokey.

    One style thing I would encourage is to make sure your trimming doesn't look completely out of place. What I mean by that is, if you're super hairy all over (i. e., legs, butt, stomach), don't just trim your pubes and leave everything else as-is. Amateur porn is full of guys who do this and it looks like something is wrong with them, medically. It's like you're walking through the forest and you come to a sudden clearing where all the vegetation has died. It's creepy. Just blend things out, so it looks like you're hair disappears gradually as it gets to your crotch.

  • Okay first don't start with electric anything down their. Try gromming a little bit with scissors at first. There are men groomers that are made for that. But you need to get the hair down as far as you can go. A good razor a hot shower and some shaving cream is going to be needed for that. Also some kind of anit itch cream after. I know this because when I shave my chest and stomach it itch's like hell.

  • I would recommend using a regular razor after trimming it down first with the electric.

  • Be careful... dont cut it off.
    You can use a trimmer to cut down the heavy part and then shaving cream and a razor to finish the job. It feels quite good when you are finished.
    However she shouldn't be so picky about it, sure its nice to be shaved but it shouldn't be a deal breaker or a reason to be upset. She should appreciate you are doing this to please her, not everyone shaves down there, people be watching too much porn.
