Broken hymen does not equal 'lost virginity'. The hymen actually never stretches entirely across the vaginal canal. It has a slit in it from birth.. how else would menstrual blood and such get out?

Your hymen may have torn. It may interest you that if he penetrated you with his finger without your permission he is guilty of rape in some states. You haven't had a penis in there so I would still consider you a virgin.
