so I have a 12 in penis and well it just hurts when I get horny and I was wondering if that was normal?

Your penis should never hurt. Pain can be caused because it's broken or there is a bruise or tear or STD. Since it hurts when you get erect you might have a break. YOU NEED TO GET CHECKED OUT ASAP.

It depends what you mean by hurting. Slight discomfort may be normal, but I don't think actual pain is. I think you should probably see a doctor if you feel actual pain.
