It can really depend on the needs of the women and the circumstances. Personally I need to pee (and push out the cum) ASAP. many women can get urinary tract infections (due to abrasion on the urithra or small molecules being pushed back up) or yeast infections. The vagina is not the same Ph as semen so the change can cause irritation, a fragrent smell and even extra discharge. Some women don't have an issue while others are plagued.

Well, it's best if a woman pees soon after sex, regardless of where the man ejaculated but especially if he did it inside her vagina.
Taking that into account, I try to pee soon after sex.
