How can you tell if a guy is circumcised or uncircumcised?

I can only see the head when he is erect. It's hard to tell if my boyfriend has a foreskin. How can you tell if he is circumcised or uncircumcised?

Extra skin covers the glans when soft when uncircumcised. Cut guys have a circumcision scar below the glans of their penis and have no skin cover the glans at all. Uncut and cut penises look the same when hard.

if you can only see the head when he is erect than he uncircumcised. the head of a circumcised penis is always visible unless the procedure wasn't done well and there is still foreskin present

If you can only see the tip when he's erect that means he's not circumcised because circumcised penises don't have anything covering any of the head, flaccid or erect.
