Clitoral hood reduction, also known as clitoral unhooding or "hoodectomy", is the exact medical equivalent of male circumcision - it's the removal of the skin fold covering the clitoral glans. Some women undergo this procedure so that their clitoral glans, which is biologically equivalent to the head of a penis, is more exposed to stimulation, thus increasing the pleasure they get from sex and masturbation.

I would consider it. As a male, I have thought of undergoing circumcision myself. For a lady, I would support her if she decides to go for this operation. I find the exposed glans (both male and female) quite aesthetically appealing.
