But if you do, then men ejaculate during most orgasms (men can have dry orgasms too), while women that can ejaculate are really rare... Women don't generally have dry orgasms since they regularly release liquids during orgasming, but they don't usually ejaculate the liquid...
You can take that as when a man leaks out the pre-cum... It leaks a bit but it does not ejaculate...

Yes but its a bit different. We dont cum as much as guys do but we can orgasm multiple times during sex. Our ejaculate is white and slimy so its mostly similar except maybe in texture.
