Guys can't normally pee right before ejaculating. But some (not all) CAN pee when they are erect.

I don't know what the problem is though or how to solve it. If he's unable to have sex without peeing maybe he should see a doctor. If he pees before you start that could help.

Can confirm, I'm a guy who can be fully erect and still pee, though I can't pee and come at the same time. I can however pee very shortly after coming, but it's entirely within my control. Hope that explains some things.

I don't get that as I think he would know. I think I would. You know the difference between ejaculating and peeing. Everyone is different, maybe this is possible (him not realizing), but?
