Shy/Quiet girls are freaks in bed?

Well I'm quiet and shy,but not socially awkward lol,but my guy friends are always commenting me and saying "I bet you're gonna be a freak in the sheets" because they say quiet/shy girls are usually more outgoing in bed.I am a virgin by choice, and I want to save sex for a relationship,so I'm not waiting for anything but the right guy.But I don't understand their logical or thinking.I'm not saying I'm gonna be a prude in bed,but I'm wondering if this is a high school guys theory(We're all seniors!woot-woot Class of '10) and they all agree that I'm gonna be a freak and that quiet and shy girls are freaks in the sheets. Explain? Cause I think being a "freak" is just an individual thing, not really a trait of particular trait, but then again,I have no experience with girls lol

Oh and what exactly does it mean to be a "freak in bed" cause it seems as though society has the idea that most women are prudes and that confident, fun girls in bed are rare

  • I'm 16 and in HS and the guys at my school and my guy friends say that also.

    I think a freak implies:

    -Confident in oneself,sexuality and body

-Communicating openly about sexual wants and desires without hesitation AND asking their partner about their sexual wants and desires

-Sharing fantasies AND asking their partner to share their fantasies,THEN fulfilling them(If within their boundaries)

-Open minded;meaning not judgmental of themselves or their secret desires, nor judgmental against their partner, their partners desires or what their partner communicates to them

-Enthusiastic.Anyone can have sex,but there's a difference between a guy or girl who has sex just to please their partner and one who gets into it

-Selfless,puts their partners needs before theirs, then each person benefits

-Loves sex.Again,a difference between a woman who loves sexing her guy & just does it to get him to stfu

-A woman who's open to more than just Vaginal sex, could oral(which isn't really taboo anymore),anal, tittyf*cking, feet(some are into that),stomach, hands etc

    -Enthusiastic Again

-Someone who just let's loose during sex and lets her partner see a side of her that no one else gets to see

    I mean,I'm a virgin,but I guess that's what it is:-) idk,I'm just taking guesses

  • I was a quiet person in school and not really social out in public. When I became sexually active, I did become a 'freak in the sheets', from what the guy told me. I love to explore the sexuality of people and what not. It totally depends on what you are wanting to learn while you have sex and how you and your guy will interact with one another. Don't let anyone get to you on what they say. They aren't totally making fun of you, its just how you are going to bring out your fun side out when getting intimate. Evangelina214 and yengesi said very good answers. Just take your time with your sexuality and don't be pressured into doing something you don't want to. Good luck with everything!

  • That's what my boyfriend says about me. Cause I look totally innocent and I'm very shy but with him in bed I'm like a sex craved animal haha. It's not really like a fact...He's just kidding around with you so don't take it too seriously and get offended.

  • Some shy/quiet girls are freaks in bed. Some shy/quiet girls are shy/quiet in bed. Stereotypes rarely predict reality.

As for your update, most women are prudes because that's what our society trains them to be. Some get past it. Some don't.

Be who you are. That's the best you can possibly do, and no one can do that better than you.

  • Yeah the shy and quiet ones are freaks in bed for sure just get them in the mood and they get wild in a heartbeat haha
