Why do guys go to the bathroom after hand jobs/groping/making out if they didn't cum?

So my boyfriend and I were giving each other hand jobs last night, and when we were done and going to go to sleep, he stopped at the door and said, "Um, this might be awkward, but I have to go, you know...to the bathroom for a bit. What guys usually regret later if they don't do after stuff like this?" What does he mean? He didn't cum, he told me that later, but after stuff like that, like hand jobs and whatnot, why do guys go to the bathroom after? Like, what do they do?
