Girls, would you date a guy with only one testicle?
One of my friends trusted me enough to tell me that he only has one testicle. He got one removed due to one of them not dropping and being stuck in the body cavity, which caused further concerns of him developing cancer later in life. He was supposed to get a prosthetic one put in but they never contacted him about it again after the surgery.

He's insecure about it and thinks that girls would be turned off by the fact that he only has one. I have told him that I would have no issues dating him or any guy that only has one.

Girls, would this turn you away from dating a guy? Guys, do you have any personal experiences to share about this?

  • Haha, this reminds me when I was 14 years old in the classroom, we were talking about testicles, and all of the sudden I said I have one ball. My friends were laughing at me, I was confused, and said why? Everyone has one ball right? And they said no, we have two balls and were teasing me about it sometime. Few months later I realised I had two balls because by touching it, at first I was looking at the socket and presumed this as a whole of testicle which is 1, until I realised it was the inside where there is two testicle. But yeah, my friends still tease me about it after that telling me I have one testicle which I don't.

My friends at secondary school weren't mean about it, they just like to tease to have a laugh. But I don't think girls gives a damn how many testicle they have, why would girls care about it anyway? It is about his personality.

  • I know of a guy who had to have one testicle removed because of testicular cancer. (He completely beat the cancer by the way.) Anyway, what happens is the remaining testicle takes over the function of the missing one, and produces all the testosterone and sperm the guy needs. In other words, he doesn't become feminized or anything. I can understand why a guy would want to have the prosthetic testicle though. It would just help him feel more normal down there. I hope your friend doesn't have anything standing in the way of him being able to get one.

    • Huh that's really cool. I thought guys with only one wouldn't have as much testosterone as normal.

    • I think it's just a function of what they call bilateral redundancy. My dad has one kidney that basically doesn't function. But the doctors have told him everything is normal regardless 'cause the healthy kidney just takes up the slack.

  • I would continue dating my boyfriend if he only had one testicle.
For one, it's not like having a full set (or two) is good because of how aesthetically pleasing they are. Having just one will probably reduce the guy's fertility or whatever if they stay together in the long run and want to have a family but... all the more reason to keep trying if the first time doesn't succeed in getting her pregnant. ;)

  • No problem so long as he can still cum. I hope he can still cum for you. And if he's really uptight about it (and is also flush with cash), he should proactively investigate the possibility of having that prosthetic one added so that he can stop worrying about it.

  • As long as the parts work it's no big. It isn't like genitals are super pretty to begin with so what's one less bulge right?

    • Yeah and plus they can still ejaculate and have children with one so it doesn't matter lol

    • Exactly so who cares? It isn't like I can sit there and really stare closely at his ballsack during naughty time so it's no issue.

  • Yes of course I would date a guy with only one testicle. That wouldn't bother me. If he's sweet and kind I would date him.

  • "A" For Absolutely.
I have Dated and Mated One and All, Big and Small, and Ones with "Issues," but I am One, hun, who accepts Ones Unconditionally if we are in a Real Relationship.
Thank you for the Kind Invite. xx

  • I knew a girl who had a boyfriend with one ball. She was pretty hot actually, haha👍

  • Oh my goodness, I wouldn't care at all :)

  • It's not a big deal as long as he was producing enough testosterone. If I was that guy I would make jokes that I donated to a guy who seemed to have no balls at all lol.

  • I did. It doesn't impact anything.

  • I don't see an issue with it. I mean, it may look odd at first, but that's not going to deter me from dating him.

  • Sure I would

  • Yes, it does not change anything. A woman would be surpised but she wouldn't laugh.

  • I would. As long as he can have children, he is potential husband material :)

  • Yeah, why not? I can't think of a good reason not to.

  • Meh, that'd be fine.

  • Yeah of course, this is such a non issue.

    • That's what I tried to tell him but he thinks that girls would laugh. :(

    • Awe, the poor guy. Well hopefully these results would make him feel better.

    • Same here

  • it really wouldn't be a factor for me at all

  • I dont see why this would be a deal breaker at all

    • Because my guy friend is insecure and was certain that girls would be turned off.

    • Thats idiotic to say "No I can't date you, you've only got one ball, even though I like you."

    • That's what I told him

  • That wouldn't bother me.

  • No i wouldn't mind! He shouldn't feel insecure about it

  • As long as he was still fertile it's fine in my eyes

  • As long as his one testicle is functional and can get me knocked up, sure.

  • If I liked him what difference would it make? I dont have sex on dates. Put a ring on it first and by then I'd know for sure that I love him either way.
