The incompatibility could be in differing sex drives or it could be in differing sexual wants and needs. You might want sex three times a week, he might want it once a week. You might be like affection, he might like to dominate. You might hate oral, he might find it a necessity. There are many incompatibilities in sex just as there are in the overall relationship dynamic. Some things you can compromise on and overcome, other things are deal breakers. If he is not making you happy in the bedroom then there is an incompatibility or there is a lack of communication.

I think it'd be more like if you notice that you're not sexually compatible, so basically wanting nothing more than sex when you're together and in circumstances that would allow for it, you can maybe start suspecting that you're not fully sexually compatible. If you were, you'd stop at nothing for both of you to get your sexual 'fix' so... if you're doubting whether or not you have it, that's a bit worrisome in my opinion.
