Has anyone used Sun-In to bleach body hair? Did it work?

My body hair is somewhat dark and there are some areas that I like to bleach so that I don't have to shave or wax there. I've used actual cream hair bleach but it was expensive, messy, smelly, and troublesome. I've never used Sun-In before but it seemed like it might be a simpler and neater way to do it, even if the results aren't as dramatic. Even a mild bleaching would be enough in my case, but I do need SOME bleaching. Has anyone tried this? Did it work for you? Were you able to do it just with a hair dryer or did you have to use the sun? I'd really appreciate hearing some opinions before I get my hopes up. Thanks!

  • I’ve recently tried the hair Sun-In on my leg hair and it didn’t work for me. It just dried out my skin and left small white streaks on my skin which eventually faded with a lot of moisturizer. If you do try it out make sure after using it to put on plenty of lotion/moisturizer.

  • I didn't use the body hair one, but I did use the hair one. It works pretty well and it lasts a really long time. I used it on my hair before going to the beach and after a day of sun, my hair was really pretty and sun bleached.

    • Is there a specific one for body hair? I didn't know. I used the regular one and just used it on my body instead. I used a hair dryer, no sun. It did work somewhat. Thanks for the answer!
