Why men's sperm smell sweet?

Not sperm. Semen. Have you learned in science? Semen contains like protein, vitamins and more. Smell sweet might have eaten and drinking with lot of fructose ( sugar) Depend on what foods and drinks have comsumed including beer. Semen taste vary. Some people enjoy. Some don't so, spit it out.

It's to do with our diet. If he's consuming a lot of greasy/oily foods, it'll take on that odor. Being healthy, or consuming healthier things, such as lots of fruits, will in turn, give it a better smell and what-not.
