Yes I do, I always shower right before I go to bed something about it makes me rest beter, when I get out of shower I dry and get my after shower oils on and brush my teeth and loose my towel and crawl in bed. If u live with folks it might seem a bit awkward depending on who it is and their role in ur life, but it is so much better then being pinned, and less restricting then when I am I nigh clothes or whatever...
Yes it is normal. Yes I always sleep naturally. How to start? Pretty obvious really... just don't put any clothes on before getting into bed. It seems to come from family practice, so I never thought about sleeping in any clothing because in our family nobody does.

I don't sleep nude but I sleep in as little clothing as possible most of the time, just for the sake of regulating temperature and it's more comfortable.
How would you start doing that? Uh, by taking your clothes off, getting into bed, and sleeping. Just a guess. Lol.
I sleep naked it just feels more comfortable and less restricting, I get hot in the middle of the night too so that helps
I've slept nude for almost all of my life. I guess for me it's more difficult to imagine sleeping with clothes on. Even throughout college, I made agreements with roommates that we could sleep nude.
You just pick a date, and go along with it. It's normal, and comfortable. Though I wouldn't recommend doing it if you're sleeping next to your partner, without first telling them. :3

I started sleeping nude about 10yrs ago. I sleep nude all year round no matter if it is cold or hot. I found out I sleep a whole lot better nude. I wish I started doing earlier. Yes, always shower before going to bed naked.
I don't sleep nude because I don't live alone, but if I did hell yes I'd sleep naked. I do sleep without wearing any underwear though.

Wash your sheets more often (at least 1/week) employ electric blankets top &/or bottom + comforters & use a room fan = ultimate comfort
