I just waited it out. I had it happen when I was cutting serrano peppers for a meal I was making not realizing how powerful the oil from that pepper is. While cutting them I got this itch, reached inside my shorts to scratch my pussy and seems like it took a bit of time before the fire hit, but when it did OH WoW! Got a terrific giggle from my so very sympathetic husband when I told him what the problem was. Nothing I tried helped one bit it was just time and that was several hours.
