well it most kikely is do to the same reason your feet fall asleep. and that is because of a restriction of blood flow to the area. to muuch pressure is being. applied to the veins pr arteries. supplying that reason you. can try a different position to sit in or see what different from the chair your sitting in when it occurs. as o]osed to the chair you sit in when it dosnt happen. then try some se. at cusions or back supports if that dosent work then you might habe to switch chairs. of allowed to continue. it could lead to other pproublems
My butt used to fall asleep when I first started meditation and I wasn't sitting right.. Never had the front part experience that. If I were to assume/guess, could it be that it's just the feeling of your butt falling asleep that you also feel in your genitals?

If I sit for a long time. Once I stand up and walk around a little it all gets back to normal. I'd ask the office manager for a better desk chair but I'm not sure how to phrase it. "Excuse me, but can I get a chair that doesn't make my butt go to sleep?" Would that work?

it depends how I sit, I feel like im causing damage if its my genitals even if im probably not and its gotta be quite extensive pressure so i try to change positions before it happens, if it happens, which i think may have but im not sure
