No, a little hair isn't a dealbreaker for me at all. I mean.. it's not like the tufts of hair are sitting right on top of his actual balls, after all, right? It's mostly at the base (?) of them so.. it's not like I spend much time paying attention to that particular area any way.
Without being too descriptive, I'm not against such things and enjoy pleasing my partner, but if you want me down there specifically the least you could do is trim. I remove all of my hair at request and I don't much feel like flossing my teeth with long ass, gnarly pubes.

For the balls, if I'm going to lick/suck them, some hair is fine, but t should be trimmed short. Licking a haystack is a lot to ask of a person.
