My vagina smells very strong when I spread my legs? No itching though, how come?

Should i be concerned. I have just been ignoring it. The smell started ever since i put body wash inside my vagina hole and ever since my vagina has smelled strong. But, it isn't bad smelling. Its very strong when i spread my legs. My discharge is white.. Should i be concerned? Also, this is gonna sound very wrong or perverted but i didn't mean to do this. So , so i helped do her laundry and i could smell my sisters panties NOT NOT NOT on purpose i didn't pick them up and sniff on purpose no thats nasty they just smelled so strong when i was getting the clothes and it smelled a lot like how my vagina smells. I know this sounds insane. But , its not meant in that way so please don't think of it that wayy. Also, a couple months back i took a medicine for yeast infection because i was very itchy and it stopped itching. Im confused

  • Dont use body wash inside your vagina. Your girl is self cleaning and as long as you are taking care of the outside bits all the inside should be ok. At this point, you might wanna try a douche just to get things balanced again cuz putting other things up in there that werent made to go in there can throw off your ph and cause odor and other minor problems. Keep an eye on the discharge and make sure you aren't getting a yeast infection.

  • Never wash down there with soap or body wash. You can do the outside but putting chemicals inside your girly part is really, really bad for you and will mess up your vagina's natural functions to clean itself. You are actually just increasing your chances of getting yeast infections and other bacteria problems. Diet can also be a factor that may impact your smell. Make sure you eat clean and hydrate yourself.

  • You're not supposed to put soap in ur vagina or hole. Just use mild soap like dove on the lips your vagina isn't supposed to smell like flowers and candy.

  • You probably killed off the beneficial bacteria in your vagina (vulva). The odor will fade over time. Never use a chemical in your vulva for that reason. If you will thoroughly warm water rinse your vulva every time you pee, you will always be fresh and clean. Your mother should know this and tell you as a part of "the talk"

  • Yeah, girls shouldn't use body wash or soap to wash the vaginal area
now the smell can be your bodies natural hormonal scents coming from the
vaginal area cause that can happen too. Also, your vagina cleans itself so
you don't need body wash or soap in your area down there.
