Honestly most girls don't allow themselves to be seduced unless 1. There is an attraction present already or 2. She hasn't been laid in a while and wants some action or 3. Drunk.

Never a good idea to have sex under condition 2 or 3. Condition 3 is for obvious reasons and condition 2 will only be a problem because of the awkwardness that will occur. Friends with benefits is rarely if ever a prefect idea. Eventually someone is going to become emotionally attached and if the other isn't feeling that emotion then strain WILL ensue. However, these conditions allow for open opportunity. It will take little to no coaxing on your part. A couple of compliments, nibble on the ear, and a touch on the thigh and off with the night.

Now under condition 1, you still won't have to do too much work but enough so that she won't feel like she was a cheap lay in the morning. I suggest you cooking dinner then move to the couch carrying her favorite wine or mix drink, ask about her day/week (if it was a stressful day/week then offer to give her shoulder or foot rub) have a pleasant conversation with her for a while. Look her into the eyes as you are talking to her and as you do light touch her thigh or leg as you hold the conversation. Eventually she will start responding to your touches with either touches of her own or smile or something and once the mood has been set then go in for a seductive kiss and do what you do best.
