This has something to do with proportions and the biggest sex organ. Lets say there are two guys, both have the same size penis, but one is fat and the other skinny. The guy who is skinny will appear to have a larger penis. This is because the size of his penis compared to the size of his body. With the brain being the biggest sex organ, if the penis appears to be larger your body may react and think it feels a larger penis as that is what is expected. Another way to compare sizes is by breast. A size 10 woman with C cup breasts and another woman who is size 20 with C cup breast. The size 10 woman's breasts will appear bigger.

Well, yes and no.

A guy's penis size isn't technically related to how skinny or fat he is; it's the same size, no matter what, but there is some correlation.

As a guy gains wait, one of the places his body will store fat is around his pubic area. This fat pad can effectively... engulf the base of his dick. This makes it appear smaller, because less of it is exposed/useable.

If that same guy were to lose the excess weight, the fat pad will decrease, exposing more of his penis. This, in turn, makes it appear bigger.

Yes if you go by NBPEL (meaning what you see, visible length). Just in case you didn't know, 99% of penis length studies go by Bone pressed length.

From my other forum, I would also say Yes.. most of the hung guys are skinnier than the just above avg. guys.

I'm not fat, nor skinny, and mine is a little longer than average (7.2 "). I know to some girls 7.2" isn't at all big, but it seems there's no absolute rule of physicality that dictates penis size.

Penis length is determined by genetics. Asian guys have small penis and South American guys have bigger penis length. Guys from USS have a medium length penis size. Whether they are skinny or fat or old or young has no relation with penis length.

Skinny men may actually look like they have larger dicks, but that is maily because the larger guys have they're dicks hidden more in a layer or two of fat!
